Had an amazing experience with Kirby's and would use them again in a future move or any other services they have. First, Dylan in the office was amazing and so helpful. I had no pressure in using them. No constant phone calls, emails, etc (unlike their competitors). Dylan answered all my questions and went above and beyond. When it came to our moving day, our movers Armon & Mason were awesome. I felt terrible for having them move in the cold and snow but they were champs. They asked and listened on what our plan was. They were quick but also handled everything with care. I hope we get them again in a future move! Would use Kirby's moving company again!Bonus:Dylan in the office also over quoted us so we would know how much it was on the higher end of things but our final bill was cheaper then estimated quote. Armon and Mason beat the estimated time.

Me and my boyfriend hired Kirby’s to move us from our 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment to our new 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment. They were extremely nice and professional. Their quotes were the best in the area and they finished a little early and under their quote! They were champs handling all of the stairs with our heavy furniture. Nothing was damaged and they took great care of fragile items like TVs and Mirrors. I would 100% hire them again for my future moves, and recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the local area. Thank you so much to the team that helped us!

“I couldn’t have asked for better movers than Del and Donald! These two guys were extremely professional, careful, and hardworking. They moved all my boxes and heavier items; like the electric fireplace entertainment center, buffet table and mattresses/boxes springs with no issues at all. They also helped put together a brand new computer gaming desk & cat tree enclosure for us & made it look easy to do! They were fast, respectful, and made my move from Des Moines to Colfax so smooth. Five stars — I highly recommend them to anyone needing movers!”

I can’t recommend Kirby’s enough. I had initially hired a different moving company (without much research) and they didn’t show up on my moving day. I called Kirby’s and Tay was able to pull together a crew that afternoon to get my move done. They saved me!The crew was professional and very efficient. The team really cares about their customers.I recommend you not to follow in my footsteps. Instead, you should hire Kirby’s from the start and not even consider another moving company!

I had such a smooth out-of-state move with Kirby's. Dylan and Tay were excellent communicating with me and my family. Packing was quick, efficient and thorough. They wrapped my furniture well and everything made it to the destination safely. Will absolutely recommend them to people I know.

Wonderful experience. Eric and Dell showed up on time and worked quickly and carefully. Clean, efficient, and friendly, they clearly cared about doing the job right. They organized everything when unloading at our storage facility to allow us easy access to things while stored. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer for our next move.

I did not realize just how much stuff my wife and I have, and on moving day (8-1-2025), I have never been more happy to have hired a mover.We reached out to many different moving companies and posted in many Facebook groups to try and find a reasonable mover that we could trust with all of our property.After many times explaining what items we owned to each company, many different quotes, we finally landed on Kirby. It was a short notice move, we booked it only a few days prior.Eric and Tay arrived right on time with the arrival window they gave us, and immediately got to work asking us questions to be able to personalize our move and make sure we were well taken care of.Just a few hours later, we’re now moved into our new home and everything is right where we need it to be!Thanks Kirby, I’ll recommend the company to anyone who asks if I know a good mover!

Tay and Eric helped me move today, and they were fast, efficient and no damage to items or walls. They even took apart, moved and put my king adjustable bed together in no time. I highly recommend Kirby's, everything was straight forward and upfront from quote to set up. I didn't feel up-sold or asked to put down too big of a deposit. They came a little under quoted time, also.

Kirby's Moving Company did an amazing job with our move! We had a very tight 8 hour window to move all of our belongings from the sold house to our new house.
