Amazing customer service. They were so kind and willing to help. I definitely encourage anyone to use this company.

I had Kirby Moving Co do an interstate move for me and they did a great job. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. Their personnel were prompt and courteous and the quality of their packing, loading and unloading was excellent. I can strongly recommend them and their services.

Had to get a safe moved from my garage to my basement. Contact Kirby's and they were extremely professional and timely from the beginning. Armand, Trey, and Marty showed up and got the job done with no problems. Realized their cart might damage the carpet-- placed appropriate protectors, carried the safe across the carpet. No damage to carpet, no damage to walls. These guys are awesome! I cannot recommend them more strongly. And frankly-- it was worth cost to get the safe out of my garage.

Kirby company provides high quality service and an affordable price. Tae, Marty and Cycle did a great job on moving everything in professional way. They demonstrate a strong commitment and take care about customers. Sonya was available anytime and very helpful on arranging the services.

Mason, Del, and Mike were fantastic. They were all super polite and professional and we had some good laughs during our move in process. We had used Pack Rat and they made our move from Georgia to Iowa so stressful and the price was not worth it in the end. Mason, Del, and Mike got all our boxes and furniture brought inside safely and without any issues whatsoever. I can honestly say going forward in my future moves these are the ones to be calling and having help from. Outstanding job to the 3 young men they brought out. They showed up on time and called in advance and notified us when they would be arriving and then hit the ground running.

Great experience start to finish. Sonya was great to work with during the qoute process. Moving day was seamless and quick allowing us to focus on unpacking. Armon, Donald, Russell and team did a great job. Very courteous and made sure everything was going in the right room! Fair price and great service!

Armon, Don, and Trey did a great job loading and unloading in the most unbearable heat. They were quick and diligent, removing little bits and pieces that could potentially get damaged or damage other things (screws sticking out of our bed frame) and placing those items to be visible or informing us where they've been placed. Thank you to Tay and the Kirby Team for accommodating our schedule as we had to push back the unloading to the hottest time of the day. Best investment and would highly recommend!

From scheduling with Sonia who was so helpful in setting up time for the move. To Mason and Donald who came to Mason City moved the furniture, boxes and TVs from our son's apartment to another in Fort Dodge was a great experience. We had on our end with setup dates and Sonia was great in meeting our time needs. Mason and Donald came worked their behinds off in a fast and efficient manner. They notified us when coming and were open to all our needs. I would highly recommend this moving group!

Walter, Russell, Tre were beyond amazing! On the hottest day of the summer, I couldn't have asked for better guys to move my husband and me! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in how to pack a full truck. Thanks guys!!!

Amazing work finished! Ty, Mike and Donald killed it...not an easy job in the heat. Really nice people as well...they made it fun! Would've cost $3500 plus anywhere else!! Thank you gentlemen!

Kirby’s made our residential move seamless! They were efficient, respectful, didn’t waste time and made sure everything was done as asked! The yellow moving totes they let you borrow were a huge bonus!

This is the second time my mom has used Kirby's Moving Company. Walter, Russel, and Marty helped move her today from the Des Moines area to the Quad Cities. The men were efficient and friendly.They did an amazing job and I really appreciated knowing my mom's things were in good hands!

Kirby was recommended by my realtor. They were excellent to work with. Sonya was helpful on the move estimate(done via FaceTime) and Donald and Tevin did a really nice job on move out and move in day. They got a bed put together that was a struggle for me in past! This is a really good locally(Des Moines area) business!! Would recommend and use them again.

This is the second time I've used Kirby's to move a couple of gun safes. Each time, the crew was nice, professional, and communicated well. Today, especially, I felt comfortable with them moving the safes without me micromanaging and eagle-eye'ing them the whole time. Great group of guys that work for this place. I'll certainly use them again...if I ever HAVE to, that is!! Armon, Mason, and Trevon were great today. Those three work very well together and are professional and considerate. If any employees exemplify a great employer, it's these three!
